The Annual Edgewood Heritage Festival takes place among the grounds of the Heritage Park outdoor museum on the second Saturday each November. November 14, 2015 marks the 39th Annual Festival sponsored by the Edgewood Historical Society! Set among the log cabins and park, visitors will enjoy Texas music, arts and crafts, the annual classic car show, tractor show, and quilt show…all while enjoying great food and entertainment. The kiddos will have fun on the rides in the carnival area, sliding and bouncing in the giant “blow-up” slides and bounce houses. Pony rides, train rides, and wagon rides in and around the park are great fun for everyone! Santa and Mrs. Claus will be out and about strolling through the park and visiting with kids of all ages. Make sure to bring your camera so you can take a picture with the jolly couple!
Located in Edgewood, Texas at Highway 80 and 859 just 7 miles north of Canton, Texas. Admission is Free with activities from 8:45 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Your day at the Edgewood Heritage Festival will become a memory that will last a lifetime!
The Cotton-eyed Joe is always great fun for young and old alike. Come on out and enjoy the youngsters from Edgewood Elementary School as they partner up and do a “kick step and strut” around the gazebo in Heritage Park Village.
