VENDORS
Vendors with various types of merchandise are welcome and need to contact Maureen Mayer at 903-896-1897. Visitors herald the EDGEWOOD FESTIVAL as a source for quality handcrafts. To maintain this reputation, the Historical Society is selective in choosing exhibitors as workmanship and quality are top priorities. Duplicate merchandise by exhibitors is not acceptable.
Vendors at this one-day event are asked to provide all props for exhibiting merchandise, booth set up is on November 13, 2010 between 7:00 and 8:30 a.m. or between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on November 12, 2010. All vehicles must be removed from the park area before 8:30 a.m. on festival day (14th), and you are asked to dress in a style befitting the theme of Heritage Park. ALSO, cover tables with quilts to insure a uniform appearance in the park. If you have been a vendor in the past, we will attempt to place you in the same spot but we CANNOT guarantee it. You need to contact us as soon as possible for space. Booth space is 10' X 12' and rental is $40.00 NO FOOD VENDORS For Information on how to be a Vendor please contact: Edgewood Historical Society
